All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Refunds are possible only in the following cases:
• Product doesn't work due to technical reasons not dependent on the user
• The purchased key turned out to be invalid (in this case, a replacement key will be provided; if no replacement keys are available, a refund will be issued)
• Service was not provided due to seller's fault
Refunds are NOT provided in the following cases:
• User didn't like the purchased product
• User couldn't install or configure the product
• User's account was blocked for violating product usage rules
• User didn't review system requirements or device requirements
• User violated the terms of product usage
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 24 hours of purchase.
